I really like how this graphic can be used to explain God's unconditional love for everyone! I might print it off and hang it in church. If my kids see it and ask about it, I'll happily let them know that it means that sometimes kids have 2 mommies and some have 2 daddies who love each other like mommy and daddy do and their parents also love their kids too. After which my kids will probably ask what's for lunch.
Just like how the flood signaled the end of God wiping out people and ushered in a new era of love, so does the acceptance of people who are different from us whose actions do not affect us in anyway whatsoever. Maybe they're Catholic, or Muslim, or immigrant, or gay, or some combination. God loves us all and wants us to be happy by being who we are and with those we love, even if some organizations try to indoctrinate otherwise. I know right-wing trolls often teach otherwise, but it's okay to be gay, be with the one you love, and be an excellent Christian all at the same time. The Episcopal church has been a lighthouse on a hill for the whole world to see this over and over.
